What we do
SRS Silver Solar Private Limited provides paying-guest (PG) accommodation at No. 4, NR Colony, Jeevan Bhima Nagar, Bangalore North, Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka 560017, India. We let rooms and beds by the month, and each tenant's rent, deposit, notice period and house rules are set out in their agreement with us.
What this website is for
Property Management System is our website, and it has two parts. The tenant portal is where each of our tenants sees their invoices, pays them by UPI, raises requests and gives notice. The management portal is used only by our own staff, to manage rooms, tenants, invoices, deposits and move-outs.
It serves our PG alone. It is not open to other property owners, and we do not list, manage or collect rent for anyone else's property.
How payments work
Rent, deposits and charges paid online are processed by our payment gateway partner and settled to SRS Silver Solar Private Limited's own bank account. Paying online carries no convenience fee: you pay exactly the amount on your invoice.
