Shipping & Delivery Policy

SRS Silver Solar Private Limited provides paying-guest accommodation, and this website is where our tenants manage and pay for it. Nothing physical is sold or shipped, and nothing is delivered to a postal address. This policy explains how and when the service is delivered.

1. No physical goods

We do not sell or ship physical products. There are no shipping charges, no courier partners and no delivery addresses to provide.

2. The accommodation

Accommodation is provided in person at our PG, No. 4, NR Colony, Jeevan Bhima Nagar, Bangalore North, Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka 560017, India, from the joining date in your tenancy agreement until your move-out.

3. Access to the tenant portal

Your tenant account is created when you join. The portal is available as soon as you open the onboarding link we send, confirm your details and set a password.

4. Payment confirmation

When you pay by UPI, the payment is usually confirmed within seconds, and at most within a few minutes. The invoice is then marked paid, and the payment appears under Transactions in the portal with its UPI reference.

5. Delays

If your onboarding link, a one-time code or a payment confirmation does not arrive when expected, write to support@pms.viralgupta.com or call +91 8510002458 and we will look into it.
